Rooftop Bars in Singapore
Like in Hong Kong, in Singapore there are tonnes of rooftop bars which are sure to impress! These are 5 of our favourites.
1-Altitude
Found on the rooftop of One Raffles Place (floor 63) this is the tallest rooftop in Singapore, and also its most impressive. If you fancy a drink at sunset, or keep on going until the early hours, this is the best place to do so! At night it becomes a real party!
Opening times are Sunday-Thursday from 6 pm to 2 am, and on Friday and Saturdays, closing time is 4 am. It costs between 30 SGD (US$ 22.04) and 35 SGD (US$ 25.71) to enter, with a drink included.
CÉ LA VI SkyBar
Almost as good as the former, found on the 57th floor of the Marina Bay Sands this terrace offers some incredible views of the skyscrapers of the centre, the Singapore Flyer and the Gardens by the Bay.
It's normally open from 11 am to 2 am, and it's got a similar, perhaps slightly more relaxed atmosphere than Altitude.
LeVel 33
Not only does this rooftop have some incredible views, but it also brews its very own beer! That makes it the world's tallest microbrewery, by the way. The terrace, of course, has views of the bay and the Singapore business district.
Opening hours are 11 am to 2 am every day.
Lantern
Although this bar isn't so high up, that doesn't make it any less special! You can find it on the terrace of the luxury Fullerton Bay hotel, and it offers some spectacular views, as it juts out onto the bay itself.
It's also free to enter, unlike some of the other bars, and is open from 8 am to 2 am.
New Asia Bar
On the 71st floor of The Stamford hotel, this is the only bar on the list which has a roof. Although that might seem like a negative, try saying that on a rainy day, something that's really quite common in Singapore! And it's also considered one of the best bars in the world.
It's open from 5 pm to 2 am.
